Racing For Children
July 30, 2004
CCF friends and sponsors have always
found unique ways to show their support of the good work for
children around the world by CCF. Bill Hoff and Pete
Olson have found a way to spread the word about CCF while
captivating the attention of high speed fans. Thanks to these
men, CCF has been present at race tracks in Wisconsin and
Shanghai.
Bill Hoff drives car 93 in the NASCAR Busch
Series. No stranger to charitable causes, Bill has featured a
number of charities on his car in the past in order to benefit those
less fortunate. On June 26, at the Milwaukee Mile in
Wisconsin, Bill featured CCF on the front quarter panel of his 93
car. Because of Bill's generosity, people in Milwaukee and
around the world were introduced to CCF and its work with
children.
Pete Olson races Formula Renault cars in
Shanghai, China. Each time that Pete's car races around the
track, CCF is along for the ride. Pete displays the CCF logo
and website address on the cockpit of his racecar. Pete is
hopeful that those who see CCF on the car will seek more information
and become interested in CCF as he did. Pete currently
sponsors two children with CCF.
