THE OFFER

Promotional partners will receive:

1. Signage and Identity

Due to its significant mass media coverage in Greater China, the AFR series can be used as an important means
of increasing brand awareness and loyalty through mass advertising. Increased brand exposure via Formula
Renault race car painted in bold logo/colors for television, print, and online media exposure.
Live and recorded TV race coverage on CCTV 5 and Shanghai TV Sports Channel.

2. Press and Media Support/"PR"
>Guaranteed media advertising space in a widely distributed regional magazine equal to approximately half of the
program cost -
offers significant and immediate return on investment [demographics and detailed information in

>Guaranteed distributed press release program to 210 China publications
>Other media obtained from active marketing program.

3. Hospitality/VIP entertainment

A day at the track means a day at the races, in an exciting, personable atmosphere conducted in exotic
locations throughout Greater China. It means a VIP corporate room overlooking pit lane with the best seats in
the house. Exclusive pit passes, the "umbrella girls", and media attention. An adrenaline-charged atmosphere
where thousands of fans congregate to watch the dangerous and thrilling spectacle of automobile racing. It is
one thing to see it on television, but a whole different concept when one stands at the edge of the circuit and
watched a Formula Renault race car blast by at 174mph. The sound of the engine as unburned fuel blows out
and creates a streak of blue and white fire during downshifts. The spectacle of two drivers weaving into each
other on the front straight at 160mph with only one thought on their minds: victory. It is an experience like no
other.

The Zhuhai International Circuit is just forty-five minutes from Hong Kong and thirty minutes from the "Las Vegas
of the Orient", Macau. Other races include circuits such as the incredible Shanghai International F1 Circuit, where
one can stay in bustling, exciting downtown Shanghai and wake up late in the morning with plenty of time for
the forty minute ride to the circuit to watch the day's races.

A corporate getaway, a chance to entertain VIP's without a single distraction in the exciting spectacle of high-
level auto racing - it is no less than the ultimate in corporate entertainment. And it is happening in China, the
biggest and best opportunity for market growth in modern economic history, right now.

4. Display and distribution booth at events for product promotion and sales

5. Charitable Promotion - "Racing for Children"

Pete Olson has an existing relationship with a prominent international charity – The Christian Children’s Fund, via
a program of his own creation, “Racing for Children”. CCF International, one of the largest and most well-
respected charities in the world, is an international organization whose members provide assistance to more than
8 million impoverished children and families in more than 54 countries, including the United States.

As a private nonsectarian organization, the Christian Children's Fund provides help to needy children regardless of
race, gender or religion. Christian Children's Fund sponsored children are provided with such basics as education,
food, clothing, shelter and health care by CCF workers in their area (www.ChristianChildrensFund.org).

Racing for Children is a program created in 2002 by Olson Motorsports, LLC  to generate free media exposure for
the Christian Children’s Fund, through the unique venue of worldwide auto racing. The program has used the
media exposure of auto racing in Olson’s Formula 2000 exploits in the USA as well as Formula Renault races in
China to generate no-cost publicity for the Christian Children’s Fund [CCF]. A sponsor of two children himself, a
boy from the Dominican Republic and a girl from Vietnam, Olson says "I created the program to reach more
sponsors through racing, and it has worked out very well for everyone involved - its definitely a win-win all
around."

To date, the program has generated over $21,600 worth of free publicity for CCF, which has been sent to more
than 320,000 readers in various publications.

This unique relationship and the exciting press coverage it generates for media organizations and corporate
sponsors increases Goodwill and PR exposure for participating companies, through their association with the
Racing for Children program.
